Team Programs

Devlin Gymnastics Team and Pre-Team athletes devote many hours of intense training and personal effort year round into perfecting their competitive skills and routines in a never ending effort to become the best gymnasts they can be. They are also developing life skills that will prepare them for young adulthood in a very competitive world.

Pre Teams

USA Gymnastics  and JOGA 6 Pre-Teams train for 2 - 6 hrs/week developing basic strength, flexibility, gymnastics skills and coordination required to enter gymnastics competition.

USA Gymnastics Team (USAG)

Compulsory Levels 4 - 6 compete in local, state and invitational competitions from September - February and train year round.

Optional Levels 7 - 10 compete in local, state, regional, national and invitational competitions from December - May and train year round.

Jersey Optional Gymnastics Association Team(JOGA)

Optional Levels 1 - 5 compete using NFHSGA Rules (same as NJ High Schools) against other NJ gymnastics clubs. The JOGA Competitive Season follows the NJ High School Season and our teams train year round.
